Following the success of Cooking Without I received numerous requests for a second book. I decided to write a vegetarian version, mainly because so many vegetarian dishes rely heavily on the use of dairy and gluten and appetizing recipes without these are harder to find. The book is also free from sugar, yeast and saturated fat and apart from an occasional recipe including eggs the book is also useful for vegans.
