If you wish to return a product, please email distribution@hobbs.uk.com within 14 days of receipt and include your order number.

Items purchased via third-party retailers (including Amazon and HarperCollins) are subject to the returns policies of those retailers and cannot be returned to us.

You are responsible for paying the cost of return postage.
